My husband was suffering from severe lower spinal cancer from Dec 2024. As there was not much choice for 24 hr carer service, we signed up with NND Mornington. He was cared for at home & since passed away 6 weeks ago. Generally the young female carers are competent & pleasant. Whenever there was a problem they had to source from advice from a registered nurse, often not available on weekends. The CEO often made a mess of rosters, so shifts did not run smoothly.
