Stayed with my wife for just one night away for our Anniversary. I must say this hotel was such a pleasant surprise and a true hidden gem. The care taken to provide a warm, comfortable experience with everything you could possibly need was amazing. The owners are very visible and helpful. The support staff were amazing. Breakfast made to order and so tasty. Could not recommend this place more highly. Had a great stay here infact have booked again for next month. Great location if you want easy access to the pleasure beach. Staff were great and had thought of even the smallest things. Great stay thanks again.
Claire was very welcoming, professional and friendly, we stayed there last night and it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . I wish I could rate it higher than a 5 because I would . Definitely recommended to everyone and will most certainly be returning. Thank you Claire and all the team , we loved our stay here .
After staying at the metropole hotel last time we visited Blackpool, we were nervous to book an independent hotel. But NumberOne has completely changed our minds. On arriving the staff were very friendly and attentive, explained everything in the room and were just generally great to chat to! The rooms were great! Fabulous accommodation WoW, great location. Quite on the South side of Blackpool. 5 star welcome from Claire on our arrival. Checking in no issues, helped with our luggage to our room. Given a room guide/ tour.
