Stayed a night in February and my son flipped the pillow over and found a red blood stain. Incident report was filed. Also, room was not generally clean...that was secondary to the blood though. Thoroughly disgusted!

pay their employees at a time like this instead of making the use vacation hours earned. especially ones who have been there for MANY MANY MANY years

I came here for Orientation for my company, i guess the schedule been picking us up and dropping us for 18months. But my frist day they were a whole hour late picking us up, when we called they said they where unaware they were to pick us up smdh.... Besides that, the girls a star bucks in the Early am had the worst vibes and least unattractive Starbucks girls ever ijs, how you ugly and got bad attitude 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The Buffet was great, the Stake An Chop and sea food restaurant downstairs haw a excellent menu.

Great hotel great entertainment but needs a solution for elevators. Elevators are very slow at check out time in both towers. I recommend making sure elevators are all serviceable during check out times.

Security is seriously lacking when it comes to patrolling the parking lots ensuring that their customers Vehicles are somewhat safe. no we cannot stop thieves that want to break into a window and steal your belongings but when They strip your tires and wheels stereo system in an hour Or more the parking lot, which well lit that is some kind of crazy. We had only arrived at the nugget casino in Sparks at 4:30 or 5 o’clock in the evening by 10 o’clock my truck was stripped of the tires and wheels and belongings inside the truc... read more

We stay here every time we are in town. We work hard all day shearing and it is so nice to get back to a cool room with great shower pressure. We also have enjoyed the pool and look forward to it again. Check in and out is always easy. Food at the on site places has always been good. We have tried a couple other places in the same price range but they didn't measure up.

Was disappointed that their cover picture has a pic of water fountain. Choose th I s hotel because of the water fountain and the that it was about 30 or 40 cheer than where all the other major casinos are . The bathroom has no exhaust and room was muggy after 2 showers and a bath between all of our guests in the room . Within minutes of arrival into founder ketchup or some kind of dried sauce on edge of table. I wish I would have went to Peppermill or silver legacy orcircus circus
