These people are Racist they followed us around all weekend, My husband was racially profiled by security twice. They called the police on top a couple black males and im literally riding with around in the parking lot waiting for a park and my husband says ill just drop you off in front when he turned ingo to park they apprehended him stating that he fits the the description of these black males that were causing problems and being violent, my kids were there cops are killing us and not thinking twice about it, this is hurt... read more

Horrible customer service!! Reserved room ahead of time...got there and was charged $210 extra dollars for resort fees!! Wtf!! Wouldn't accommodate another room closer than 25th floor.....treated us like crap cause we booked thru Expedia!! Rooms were nasty! Beds were uneven. Stripping coming off of door. NEVER will stay there again!!
Normally we love to come to the nugget but this weekend changed our minds quickly. We understand the mask thing but we are smokers and before we could blow out the smoke we were told to put our masks back up. More than once. Finally my husband took a drag of his cigarette and was putting it out when a slot person literally yelled at him and told him to leave the building.
