The smoke in the hotel is beyond horrible and the pool water was the same color as pee

The comforter had two holes in it. The drains were slow. The ac didn't kick on till the am. The person on the phone to book told me one price then I checked out and they added 14.00. I told the girl and she didn't even care. The room was clean though ;)would come back

Everything was really nice and tell we had to check out and get our car from the valet parking. It took 45 minutes. They only had four runners getting cars. It was insane. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to make sure they have enough Runners to deal with the Rush on the weekends

I have stayed at the Nugget Reno several times, I was there with my daughter for a college campus tour this time. The room was ok carpet needs changing, beds need to be softer. I went to Rosie's cafe and it took 30 min for a burger and fries the server that took my order didn't serve my food nor checked on me. The service there sucked.

Played Bingo for the 3rd time.....The staff was helpful and friendly... But I still had no luck.......Played Poler in the poker room as well......... Staff again was helpful and friendly....... Overall a great place to play.........
