They need put more attention in the bathroom the shower is no drain very good and the toilet is need deep clean the carpet is dirty

30 min to checking and only 4 people in front of us. No pool. We always stay here. Next time looking for another place to stay. It changed. I will not even gamble this trip. Nice pool that's why we stay but it's closed.

Room 1955, yes very inexpensive rate but when I needed to move the couch to plug in iron I found that they must not have cleaned behind or under it for a year. Bed uncomfortable, furniture very old and not working properly. I will try one more time, maybe book directly with the Nugget.

Room was very duty, my bed was fulled of hair and the bathroom was never clean during our whole stay. They just change the towels, make the beds and that's it. I didn't like it at all.

Like everyone else, long check in line, for a Monday. No hot water one evening. Rooms Need updating! We were upgraded to the 27th floor, and it was quiet. Never went to the pool. Heard that it was closed because someone threw up in it...Less slot machines than before and really old machines. Very limited cocktail service. ...shall I go on? Won't stay there again.

We was on the 22nd floor,the heater didnt work.an it was freezing it took the maintenance people 2 hours before they even came to our room.but other than that it was okay.im not staying there no more

Pretty good place to stay at. They do have a good size indoor pool.
