RecommendedI just wanted to say how amazing Jocelyn, the front desk assistant manager is!!! We had issues with the first 2 rooms we had. She was so understanding and sympathetic that she upgraded both my rooms. Now that I have a cold room, I will sleep great tonight. Jocelyn is definitely a keeper and needs a raise!!!!
RecommendedI would experience was amazing from the front desk to guest services the restaurants the casino everything housekeeping what can I say I recommend it to anyone and look forward to coming back again I also enjoy the precautions being taken by the employees because of the Coronavirus thank you stop making us feel safe

They don't clean the hotel room's nor really anything around and inside the casino. We were put inside a dirty used room only for them to move us in another dirty room. If you like down town San Fran where people poop on the street then stay here if not I would recommend anywhere else. Hopefully afterThey my report to the cdc on them not following covid guidelines they'll clean up.
