The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Plus the rooms aren't too expensive.
Rooms are comfortable, casino is not crowded.
This casino is always completely packed out, no matter what day of the week, what time of the year. Customer service sucks and there are like 2 people checking in a line of at least 30. Two thumbs waaaay down!!! Place sucks. Will not be coming back a 3rd time
Going there period they are hella rude you can’t get service when you need it I spent over 2k and they got the nerve to tell my mom and cousin they couldn’t get a bottle of water because it’s Nevada state law that you have to have at least $10 in a machine to get a bottle of water and the manager Matthew selph was very rude I will be reporting this to the BBB
This place cancelled a show I bought tickets for. They didn’t have the common decency to even send out a group email ( they required address when tickets bought, so yes they had it) informing ticket holders the show was cancelled. When called regarding possible refund for tickets they transfer you to marketing.... you can never get anyone to answer phone and despite multiple messages left, no one returns calls. This placed has gone downhill since John Asquaga sold it.
love their machines , rooms are comfortable and Rosie's Cafe cheese burgers are great!
I had stuff stolen from my room and my door was closed all the way.
