Horrible hotel, elevators broken, one elevator ceiling was falling/hanging down, the room was filthy sheets had cum and blood on them. Lucky we were able to get a refund customer service was horrible the manager didn't even offer a different room or ask how they could help. Horrible customer service.

What a dump. The whole place smells bad, the carpets in rooms are filthy. The incredibly over priced breakfast buffet was absolutely aweful. If I could give a zero rating I would.

The place is okay, but very dated. I haven't been around so much brass and glass decor since 1988. The place gives me the vibe they are barely hanging on with all the nearby casinos closed. The place is in need of a makeover. I was there for a conference and there were a host of little things from problems with the AV systems, lights flickering, no pens anywhere, and very noisy staff interrupting the lectures. Loved the room my kids had a blast best part was the hot tub and swimming pool. Food was also very good all fresh and delicious

I would have given 5 stars but the jacuzzi looked yellow/green and just filthy! The pools and Jacuzzi need a good cleaning and paint job! Rooms are very nice, Views amazing! Glad we picked this hotel!

The room was nice but since I am not a smoker, the smoking was unpleasant in the casino and restaurant.

Beds are comfy that's about it.. room is nasty and old.. but then again you get what you pay for!!

We love the Nugget,, being locals we enjoy the restaurants, Oyster Bar is our favorite.. We stop there when we are out and about, the Clam Chowder and bread being our favorite.. The night life at Gilley's is great and the food there is also.. The employees are always so friendly and helpful.. We are looking forward to our two night stay in Jan. to see David John and The Comstock Cowboys.. They are the best and we always look forward to this concert..
