Thank you nugget for having a staff that would steal from your rooms. That extra service is so nice. If anyone else is thinking of staying here, lock up your valuables.

I would give this place NEGATIVE STARS. After a horrible and inexcusable experience with one of their bartenders, we wrote out a complaint, emailed and posted on this page before we were even acknowledged. Then we were told they were looking into the issue over 3 months ago, this event happened last year! Still haven't received so much as an apology. Poor excuse for a business by any standards! Take your money somewhere else.

So far it sucks! Room is small, beers are $4 a pop and it's dead, 5 of the dinner venues are closed $32 a night isn't bad , but everything else will cost you!!!

I love the place. The rooms are H-U-G-E and the customer service is awesome. I don't gamble so I haven't set foot in the casino but I hear that it is the best in Reno. My contact here is the corporate sales person, Jarr'e Payne, and she has been the most pleasant and accommodating person in the world. You'd do well to stay here!

No food for early morning people on the go can only get a discount if you go online they don't mention that to costumers from out of town what I paid for one night other people on our team paid for two nights so do your research I guess but nice rooms nice staff members
