I love this place. Always have i won some more money last night. Chilled in the pool area, had my daughters 17th. Birthday. Did have someone next door to us come in late. They woke me and my wife up at like 3 in the morning.

I have lived in Reno all my life and have visited the Nugget countless times over the past 40 years. Since the change of ownership the Nugget has been consistent at disappointment. Before the exchange it was top notch. Maybe the new owners could learn something from the past owner

Bad costumer service. Checked in for 2 nights and they claim it was it was only one, when I clearly saw the receptionist mark down 2. Canceled my room key, charged my credit card for an extra night, I had to call to fix the problem instead of them doing it. The receptionist that gave me the "news" that my key had been blocked never apologized. The manager that helped me, didn't really know if he was a manager. NEVER AGAIN NUGGET YOU WILL NOT GET A DOLLAR FROM MY POCKET.
