I had a outpatient clinic appointment here today that had apparently been cancelled but I was not informed, even received text and email confirmation right to last moment. Rearranged my day and really needed to see the doctor , completely wasted journey. Secretary not available, no information when I arrived . Poor receptionist did not know anything. Its a private hospital with an NHS twist. Pretty good overall but not as good as some.

I had my breast reconstruction here very recently and could not fault the facilities, the food was top notch and the nurses and care was second to none. I could not praise the staff and nurses high enough and would certainly use this facility again abd would highly recommend. The care I received was high class and caring I almost did not want to come home.

Very happy with the level of care received at Nuffield Bart’s, from their friendly appointment bookings team straight through to the receptionists, outpatient nurses and imaging department at the hospital. Their facilities and equipment are all new and it’s centrally located, which makes for a pleasant visit, but it’s the people that made it five star for me. Would definitely recommend - thanks everyone for looking after me!
