Extremely Disappointing Experience at St Bartholomew's Hospital Fertility Unit This has been the worst experience from start to finish. Communication is nearly impossible—no one answers the phone, and after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, an automated message simply says no one is available and disconnects the call. Had to chase up appointment for consultation if not would not have been seen,when phoned department, told me i was not a patient at hospital, had to get pals involved.Pals at this hospital actually answer their phones unlike other hospitals...

Lung/chest clinic : From appointments in person and on the telephone i have found the Dr Lau to be thorough and helpful in the way he explained things to me and his treatment. From admission for my biopsy the care was excellent. I went in for one week to have a lung resection procedure. The procedure went well, Dr Lau and the team were amazing . I must also say i was very impressed with the team on the ward from the nurses , porters, workers and catering. I was very happy with all my treatment and i have no complaints .
