The SCHEDULERS at St. Bart’s Hospital really need to improve their procedures. I was scheduled to be at the Imaging Department for an appointment at 09:15 and even asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment. When the nurse from the Imaging Department came out, she informed me that there were 4 patients scheduled before me which would mean I would be seen in approximately 3 hours. I asked the nurse why I was asked to be here so early and I told her that this would delay me to the rest of my day’s planned appointments... read more
