Yes working here is ok fine
Not impressed at all. Appointment cancelled when I walked through the door at Imaging. Have these people not heard of telephones? Horrible place to get to as well, especially after a tube strike. Asked to go back to the Whittington Hospital where I never had a problem and it's ten minutes away.
Had tooth extraction a couple of weeks ago and the nurses and we good but the customer service over the phone is shockingly bad, last couple of days I have tried to get in contact with department either no one answers or they just hang up on me, they need to be put on a customer service course.
First-class ambiance!
