Service center is slow. Go in do an oil change get there early for a 10:30 appointment car isn’t done till 11:48 an hour for an oil change. You spend more time trying to suggest more items to fix so said customer will spend more money. It took an hour just for you to do a basic oil change really think that’s slow I will not be going there for any more service of any kind.
I was looking for a very specific vehicle within a reasonable distance from my home. I had never heard of AutoServ, but they had positive reviews so I made the drive to Tilton. I was fortunate to have John as my salesman. After a false start with a test drive, due to the extreme cold snap we had, John kept me informed of the vehicle's availability and, a week later, had it ready as promised for another test drive and eventual sale. Went in to buy a used suv last Friday. I got the pleasure of dealing with Rob Holt. He’s a stand up guy didn’t try to b.s. me in anyway. Awesome salesman. On another note Their website says upto 20% over Kelly blue book. Thats a lie they offered me less then half the low end blue book. The sales manager Robert Labrie was very short and couldn’t push me out the door fast enough when I didn’t accept it. Didn’t want to listen and ignored most things said to him. Poor manager skills. Wouldn’t recommend going here
Don't do business here there crooks offered pretty much nothing for my trade in used to buy all my vehicles here but will never step foot in this establishment again

I picked up a 2017 F-150. My salesmen was Steven hickey. I have zero complaints with Steve’s work. He was fantastic, didn’t come off with the typical salesmen attitude (I’ve worked at a dealership before). The guy who valued my trade was a bit of a snake, but they call it the “stealership” for a reason. I didn’t expect much as far as trade value. All in all, the team was great personality wise, and truck I bought was well below book. I love it so far, and we will be going back for another vehicle for the wife in the future.
Best car shopping experience I ever had! Every sales associate was so nice & very helpful. It was a quick process and I got the car I really wanted! My sales consultant Dan McNulty was amazing!! He was always smiling & made sure all my needs were met and made me laugh. He did a great job and made it a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend AutoServ of Tilton to my family & friends!
The buyback of my emission challenged 2014 Jetta deisel went seemlessly with the VW Rep. Christopher Miller, with whom I bought a 2017 Golf wagon alltrack , to replace the Jetta, was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and non-pressuring. Christopher and I had a conversation about the time, delivery of my new car, after I felt "not heard", about the aforementioned. Christopher made it right, and took what I said seriously. Overall, a positive experience.
Eric Binder is a great sales consultant, he got us exactly what we wanted and got us in/out so fast. Best experience we've ever had.
