I went to the QuickLane for an oil change and ended up paying over 3x the price I expected to pay. The oil change was covered by AutoServ for Life but what the woman at the counter failed to tell me is that the air filter they replaced was $45 PLUS $20 in labor. I can buy the air filter elsewhere for $15 and put it in myself for free. Which I would have done if when they came out to update me on the progress they gave me the cost of parts and labor! It's very misleading. I won't be going back to AutoServ again.
We came in with the purpose of purchasing a new truck for myself after his ran it's last leg. Jason Robinson was our salesperson and he went above and beyond. We were able to purchase a new truck and these guys finally helped my wife out from under the Honda she's disliked since we purchased it! We left feeling that we had each gotten a fair deal, something hard pressed to find in a dealership. We would recommend them over and over!
Bought my first car here( a 2012 Focus) and couldn't be happier! All the staff was helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I was nervous about buying a car for the first time but Autoserv made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Thank you Stephen and Sean!
I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel that I have to recognize the excellent service I received at Autoserv. Unfortunately I had an issue with my car and when I brought it in to have it repaired, Gary went above and beyond. Between coordinating with me and Chrysler, Gary was able to have his technicians diagnose the problem quickly, was able to inform me of the best way to fix the issue, arranged a repair to be covered by Chrysler (even though my car was no longer under warranty), and kept me in the loop during the whole p... read more
We had a great experience this weekend at Autoserv. We weren't planning to buy just yet, but Crystal found what we were looking for and was amazing, making it a quick and easy sale. Everyone at the dealership was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. My car had to change oil,tire rotations and car wash. Everything was done professionally and reasonable time..They also have great coffee and food in cafeteria!
