The friendliness and eagerness of the sales associates is great. I do suggest that when a potential customer explains their needs and it's written down, that the sales associates would be as eager to fullfil those needs.
I came in this week and I feel I was talked down to because I have a "car the was older then 9 yrs" exact words. And they looked at my car for 3sec and said they didn't want to get involved in it. I'm sorry but that is your job. The Service department suggested I take it to Volkswagen of Manchester. I have made calls to the Volkswagen customer care center to Report my experience. I went to Manchester today. I was told that tilton typically does that with VW. I will never go back there agin and will be making more phone calls... read more
A big thank you to Mike the sales manager (sorry Mike, can't recall your last name). We wanted to trade our leased Equinox (leased elsewhere) for a van. We stopped in on a Sunday & a salesman (no names) was going to get back to us on Monday after getting info from leased company. Never heard from him so on Wednesday, I called & voiced my opinion to Mike. He asked us what we wanted & what price; promised to call us back in 50 minutes or less. I took my Jeep into the Quick Lane at Auto Serve to get a broken light fixture replaced. I had no appointment . The crew diagnosed what on the surface looked like an easy replace but wasn't, got 3 people on the job and it was fixed and I was out of there in less than half an hour. The service was superb!
We bought a used car last march and the sales guy told use to keep it 1 year build our credit and trade the vehicle. Went back yesterday now they can't help use we have at least 10,000 neg. equity. What kind of dealership set customers up to fail that just started building up credit again. This is a poor business practice and I hope people read this before doing business with you crooks
