I give Rob Holt more than 5 stars one of a kind very nice honest respectful. i will definitely recommend him to anyone that wants to buy car. I emailed them all my infor days in advance to avoid my time being wasted from a 2 hr drive from VT. "OH come on down" yeah right. They didn't honor the internet price of the vehicle I was looking at...they upped it by $2000 , the trade value they gave me was a joke.... They pulled my credit 15 times after I told them I didn't want that done. Gave me a bull^%^& reason the car was pulling to the right....basically being shysters and living up to the used cars mans rep.....I wouldn't recommend this place at all.......

Great service, quick and efficient. They go the extra mile to serve customers. Also if you buy new vehicles the benefits have been amazing, our oil change was only $7.00 for the F 150 and so many great benefits. Few garages offer exercise room, beverages and snacks and a large screen tv for the customers use.

BUYER BEWARE. If you would like to be treated like just a number look no further! Everytime i called it was like the first time. I was guaranteed to be "right at my desired monthly payment" so i drove over an hour to be told sorry that vehicle is in lancaster.... then we will give you 3,000 dollars for your car that you owe 13,000 on even though every other dealer has offered 5 to 7 thousand for it. I haven't even stepped foot in this place yet regarding a truck I saw online. I emailed AND called about a price and NOBODY got back to me! I've bought one vehicle from this place and I wasn't too impressed then but thought I'd give it another shot.......NEVER AGAIN!
