I had the best car buying experience with Jason at this dealership. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat which made the car buying process better. I went in with a car I hated that was old and not even worth half of what I owed on its loan. I ended up getting a trade in value on the higher end of the KBB suggestion which was what I was quoted at other dealerships. 60 DAY WARRANTY! all over their website, a week after driving the truck I bought I found some issues with it and they won’t return my emails or make any effort to make it right. Service department is a bunch of hacks for trying cover up and hide the issues instead of just fixing it right the first time. Don’t advertise a warranty and not stand behind it. I don’t even know what to say. Had the absolute weirdest experience I have ever had at a dealership. Maybe this is an ok place to visit when they are not having an inventory reduction sale. Which we had no idea was happening before we stepped through the door. All we wanted to do was see 3 different new SUV’s we where interested in. Went on Sunday to look at trucks found a used tacoma with low milage. Came up with a price. They said they truck might be ready on monday. So between sunday and monday they check the truck out and came up we a few problems we new there might be but then they raised the price $1000 and said if we didn't want it for that price they had somebody else that would pay more.
