This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Brought my car up so they could submit a warranty claim for paint. They thought they knew what they were talking about and told me Ford denied the claim when in fact they never even submitted it. Luckily I found out it was covered before I paid for the work. Many more issues with them, this is just the most recent.
In and out fast,even got the beast washed
Watch out when they tell you to take out gap insurance. Don't even know what I was charged and nobody tells you that you can get credit when your loan is less then the value of your car.
I was extremely happy with my visit yesterday!! Very courteous and offered to inspect my car as well as the free oil change!! All for free!!! Very happy about my visit!! Thank you Auto Serve of Tilton!!

Purchased my 2016 Challenger (Bruce) in January, Dan was the salesman and was stellar at his job. Went back 6-2 for the free inspection. Jeremy was the young man that helped me and was very friendly and talkative, not fake. I was in and out before I knew it � allowing me to continue on with my day. AutoServ was fantastic, work with John S. over the phone and by email to get all my paperwork complete for purchase of my car since I was out of state and had to drive 5 hours to see the car, I arrived in the morning and took the car for a test drive, it was fantastic all I had to do was sign some papers and everything went super smooth and was out of there in like 30 mins!
Had a great experience with Phil, he was super knowledgeable and informative with his answers to any and all questions I had. I didn’t feel the pressure or stress that sometimes comes with the new car search either. Couldn’t have asked for better!
