Everyone was friendly, especially our sales person, Jessica L. She did great for her first sale. :) I was a little annoyed that I made a 2 hour trip with a 10am appointment scheduled and the vehicle I was there to see was being test driven & then purchased by another family. I bought my last car out of state but have had it serviced at AutoServ since moving to NH. Their service department has been great, so when I heard they were interested in buying used cars I made the drive to see if they could make it worthwhile to upgrade (I loved my 2014 Passat). Steve Hickey and Harry Nedeau made it easy; in less than three hours start to finish I drove away with a brand new Passat. Richard Robinson and John Scannell were fantastic to work with. They got our payment where we wanted it to be and the entire experience was smooth and effortless. Jessica in Finance was great to work with as well. We had looked at other dealerships beforehand and AutoServ had the best prices on Jeep Wranglers. All around great experience!

Lie after lie. Even found out a few years after I bought my new car that when I went to have the sunroof fixed because it broke my "factory installed" sunroof was an aftermarket shoddy installation. This place refused to speak with another dealer who is reputable to tell them what they did to my car. They also refused to speak with me. I've got many more issues with autoserve and could go on and on. They do what they have to do to trick you into buying a car and then after that you are screwed.
Well where do I began I drove round trip of 5 hours want to give a real big shoutout to David miles he basically bent over backwards to get me approved for my truck witch is a 2013 GMC Sierra in real great shape I can’t say thanks enough to everyone who helped me get it done
had a great experience here! Seth Jewett hands down is one of the best people there! They went far above and made it work for what I needed thanks a lot!
