Excellent service every time I've visited. My VW GTI has about 43K miles and has been flawless, so I've only needed routine maintenance until I recently hit a deep pothole and damaged a strut and wheel. Corey managed the repair; he was very helpful, responsive, and thorough. If you ever want to wait for something, the facility has plenty to do (cafe, living room with huge tv, gym, etc). I plan to purchase my next vehicle at AoT and also have follow on service done there.

I had a brake issue while camping up in Warren NH. And that was towing a large 5th wheel camper. 1st dealership I went to wouldn't help me at all getting me back on the road. I called over to auto serve of Tilton and talk to Michael Raftes at the quick lane center. He was great to work with, got the paperwork started while I was on my way. Got my truck I in, assessed and fixed in no time. Thank you again for all your help
Walked in at 4:15 pm knowing what I wanted and I left at 6 with the car I had wanted. We have questionable credit as well and it never became an issue. It was perfect!!
Had a great experience buying my new Jeep! John Scannell was absolutely terrific and made my car buying experience a breeze!
Wasn’t happy that we noticed my Jeep was outside of the shop and nobody has let us know it was ready. And for the 2nd time, I didn’t get a courtesy wash because apparently “the girl who does the washing, hadn’t shown up for work yet.” Hmmm, it’s 10am???

I am very disappointed in my oil change service. Since I bought the car I have only had the oil changed at AutoServ. Yesterday I was told that my oil filter housing spring was broken and oil was leaking. The repair was estimated at $500. After speaking to another mechanic, he said this problem only occurs when the air filter is put on or taken off. This mechanic said his dealership would repair this at their cost since it happens during the oil change. My call today to the service manager, Bob, was disappointing. He is sugge... read more
I stopped in to look at a car that they have listed for whole sale. I was going to buy the car for 400 dollars until they told me that I had to pay another 499 on top of that. So they wanted me to pay 899 for a car that I would have to put more then that into. You cant charge more for your "fees" then you are charging for the car. I will never go back there and I will never recommend anyone to go there. They were very rude about the whole thing.
