I took my fusion here for service. This was the 4 th dealer I had been too since moving to New Hampshire. I had been going to a wonderful dealership in Medford Oregon and couldn't find one with their level of service, until now! I had purchased many vehicle's from the dealer in Medford and had a trusting relationship that I was always getting the best deal. I hope when I decide to trade in my fusion, that I can find that with autoserv.

Great folks and fair prices. I had issue with airbag light coming on after purchase and they took vehicle back to fix and gave me rental car at no cost to me while being repaired.

I had Hannah for a salesperson. She was down to earth and very helpful. Se listened to what I was looking for and what my concerns were. The only thing I felt could have been better is how much they gave me for my trade based on the Kelly Blue Book value I had looked up. I felt no pressure at all to choose to buy a vehicle.
