Really enjoy Nathan’s classes. I can’t recommend him enough.
Brilliant workout
Nathan has been over the past 4 years has been a constant in my life. I attend the lab most days at 6am and what a great wake up for the day. How Nathan manages to bring out the best (& sometimes the worst ) in us all. Supporting and encouraging with physical movement. My ability wasn’t good at the beginning but he has never made me feel inadequate & I’m pleased with my progress. NRG is such a good fitness studio! I really enjoy the bootcamp style group sessions. Nath is brilliant, he supports and guides you in each session with his knowledge and tips. Each group session has a personal feel to it and he also creates a fun and motivating atmosphere! He clearly takes time to get know each of his members
