Sam did an excellent job of addressing my needs. He came up with better solutions than I’d planned, because he actually listened to what I was after. Great work!

The technician did an okay job with our irrigation system repairs. While they fixed some issues, he missed quite a few spraying heads that still aren’t working properly. One thing to note is that their initial estimate was around $1,200, but the final bill came close to $1,800. They charge by the hour, and the work took longer than expected, which wasn’t fully communicated upfront. Overall, not terrible—but I expected more thorough work and better cost transparency.
