Novo Body is absolutely amazing! I've been four times now and I'll keep going as long I can! It is everything and more! The staff and trainers are simply wonderful and really care about you making sure you're doing everything the right way!

I started at Novo 2 1/2 months ago and I have seen amazing results, including, a significant weight loss and decrease in body fat. I love this place. Miguel and Carolyn (and I am certain the entire staff) are motivating, careful, knowledgable and incredibly nice. Thank you Miguel and Carolyn!
Novo Body is such a great workout! I used to be really into cardio (running, spin, etc) but Miguel has totally changed my thinking! I am all about the heavy lifting now. I have noticed a definite change in my body in the 6 months that I've been going there. The instructors are great and they always push you to challenge yourself and lift heavier... even if you don't think you can. It's a very motivating and welcoming environment.
Miguel and the staff are all pros. The workout is wonderfully intense and helps me know just how strong my body can be. The attention the trainers give to form makes me really connect to the muscle I am working. I leave the workout feeling ready to face the day with energy and determination. To anyone who has been hesitant about lifting weights to tone and build muscle, check this place out. This is the best place to find out what you are capable of accomplishing.
In love with the classes. Always challenging and educational. I have learned so much in this fun environment. Always looking forward the next class.
