I am absolutely addicted to Novo Body. In a short time not only have I seen the changes but other people have noticed also. Miguel makes sure everything is being done with proper form and that you leave class having giving your all to change your body the right way.
I love Novo Body! 3 weeks in and my body is changing. I'm stronger and tighter. My favorite days are leg days and Thursday 45 min Novo Body Burn Class. I highly recommend trying this studio out!
Don't walk...run to Novo! Miguel and Stephanie have created an amazing workout in an incredible environment. I am not a gym lover BUT an hour with Miguel flies. He gives personal attention and encouragement that goes beyond the walls of his gym. I am excited to go to Novo and know I am taking care of my body, mind and spirit!
