Novo is truly the best! Not only will the training help make you physically stronger, but also mentally stronger. The trainers provide excellent personal attention, always pushing me to do my best, and the facility is clean and spacious. The class schedule offers a wide variety of class times, and parking is easy. If you are ready to transform your body, Novo is the place!
Great atmosphere and got a butt kicking workout ! The receptionist was so nice and so was everyone else !
I love the attention that is given to each individual as they're working out! The instructors are awesome and very encouraging. And the workouts are so addictive. I'm usually so excited about going that sometimes I can barely sleep the night before! I'm down 20 lbs! Thanks Novo Body!!!

The Novo Body workout is amazing! Miguel is a fantastic instructor and motivator. He demonstrates every exercise and then makes sure that everyone is doing it correctly which is so important. After I finish a Novo class, I feel stronger in both mind and body!
