Novo is truly the best! Not only will the training help make you physically stronger, but also mentally stronger. The trainers provide excellent personal attention, always pushing me to do my best, and the facility is clean and spacious. The class schedule offers a wide variety of class times, and parking is easy. If you are ready to transform your body, Novo is the place!

The Novo Body workout is amazing! Miguel is a fantastic instructor and motivator. He demonstrates every exercise and then makes sure that everyone is doing it correctly which is so important. After I finish a Novo class, I feel stronger in both mind and body!
