I’ve shopped at Novo and previously Richardsons for over 50 yrs. Excellent service,staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Sad to see they’re closing down,they’ll be a big miss in Consett.

I paid extra to have a ring resized 2 sizes up with more metal so when I took it in it was 5 gms and when I got it back it was still 5 gms, but looking thinner and with a more square inner edge. So if the job was to add more material then it should have been heaver - yes? The problem is they did not weigh it in when taking it in, this makes it impossible to prove what was actually done to the ring. I've bought 2 nomination charms. 1 in may and another in July. They were lovely charms nice quality. The lady that served us was nice and polite the atmosphere was of a good standard.
