We spent a good hour with Paul who gave us an insight into the diamonds and all the variations we could have . Very happy with my choice I chose my diamond, the setting and band . Great experience , Paul was knowledgeable and personable , can’t wait for it to arrive now !! Highly recommended.
I could not recommend Novita more, Paul was welcoming and really made the experience stress free for me overall. He was patient talking through options and sharing valuable information to help me come to an informed decision. Paul was able to offer some examples of rings in person and was brilliant in the follow up emails to make the process as stress free as possible. Getting an appointment on the day was also a massive bonus! Big thank you to Paul & Team for making what could have been a scary process, really exciting!
