Was looking to replace a gold chain necklace for longer length and get a chain for some pedants I had. Jo and her partner were super helpful and sorted everything and at a great price.
I took my husbands wedding ring here, we had bought it 28 years ago from the same place! The ring had got worn, been resized, had a split in it, so was definitely worse for wear. 2 weeks later picked it up and I could cry a river!... we are stunned how beautiful it now is, some new gold has been added, it's been reshaped and resized to perfection! A fabulous family run business , I recently had some jewellery altered and cleaned and the service was impeccable. Had been to a few jewellers across the city centre but nouveau by far were the most informative. Wonderful advice and guidance, friendly, efficient , personal , the list goes on. The work they carried out was nothing short of wonderful, thank you! If you need a jewellers who put the customer first, look no further !
