Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I bought a £45 ring from Nour Boutique, and within a month, the gold plating started wearing off. When I went back to the store, the staff were dismissive and told me it was my fault — apparently, I “probably didn’t look after it properly.” I explained that I follow all the care instructions and always look after my jewelry. Lovely team at Nours, i was greeted immediately by reshma and when asked for help was seen straight away. Team was very helpful and were able to answer any questions i had. Reshma was the lovliest and greatest help. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice jewelry but the service was below par, the manager was uninterested and had the vibes of your bothering me and the helper was lost and no clue, if you sell "boutique" then better stand out with at least the customer service department
