We’re absolutely delighted with the service! Everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had a proper look at the carpet later in the afternoon once the fitter had finished, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. The finish is flawless, and it’s clear the fitter is incredibly skilled – he did an extraordinary job. All rooms feel completely transformed. The photos really don’t do it justice – it looks stunning and feels like walking on a cloud. Thank you for such a great experience from start to finish!
Just had another installation of carpets and vinyl flooring in our rental property. Service from beginning to end was excellent. We received excellent advice on what to purchase for each situation, our timings were accommodated and the fitting was excellent with great attention to detail. The carpet fitter certainly went above and beyond our expectations. We have had many carpets in the past 10 years and always found the quality of the product and the service to be superb.
