Never again. They were disrespectful to my 89 year old mom as she was having problem understanding what he was saying, he rolled his eyes and placed his head on the desk, so disrespectful to my mom. I will never go back here. Doctors are great but the man at the desk who sells frames is SO rude. Every-time I have an apt he has a disgusting sense of humor. Today as I stood there waiting with a screaming baby in my arms - he continued talking to someone about his kids and college and all about his personal life. THEN finally when he helped me, he went in on to tell me they didn’t except my primary or secondary insurance and that HIS FRAMES ARE OUT OF MY BUDGET! He doesn’t know my budget.
