My second need to visit Dr McLauglin due to unexpected tooth issues... he is very friendly, understanding, honest (good and bad!) and most importantly follows up with phone calls later in the day/ nest day about any issues. I think he is perhaps the best doctor I have seen in terms of caring about you after you have left the office!
I specifically said I had another appointment in a half hour and it was 40 minutes before I got to see Dr. M Laughlin. This made me very late for my next appointment. Very unhappy about that. Otherwise very happy with the practice.
dr McLaughlin and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have already recommended his team to my friends and family. He personalized dental care and called me 10 hrs after surgery just to make sure I was doing well ( on a Friday night) so you can tell how dedicated he is to his patients. They used long lasting novacane for my wisdoms teeth extraction and 24hrs later I feel minimal pain and am already up and running. I think I will only go to him or someone he recommends in the future for my teeth needs.
Dr. McLaughin was wonderful and made my 11 year old son Jake feel at ease. He came in feeling anxious and despite having a tooth pulled had a smile on his face. He is a terrific doctor with great bed side manner.
Incredible staff and Dr. Edibaum was professional, kind and had a good sense of humor. Will defiantly recommend!
