Excellent service and very professional.
Dr. McLaughlin was excellent and very competent in every way. I would recommend him to anyone. The only negatives were: 1) one assistant (who appeared to be new or unfamiliar/unsure of herself; in fact, she specified the wrong tooth to be extracted;) and 2) the office staff. Regarding the latter, the prescription for the oral rinse was not called into the pharmacy as promised, and I had to wait several hours before that was straightened out. Great experience. Tough procedure, but went the best it could have. Dr McLaughlin called me personally the evening of my appointment to make sure I was OK, I really appreciated that. Would certainly recommend.
Question 3 is because I was stuck in traffic and was 15 minutes late arriving. They got me in anyway!! I really appreciate Dr. McLaughlin calling me on the phone last night to see how I was doing. Nobody wants to have teeth pulled, but if absolutely necessary, I would highly recommend Dr. McLaughlin!!!
Everyone was very kind and caring and I appreciate the willingness to work out a payment plan regarding the service. Dr. McLaughlin's work was excellent and I have already recommended him to several people I work with. Thank you!
Dr. Edibaum was amazing and professional. He our fears to rest about Meg's future. Will definitely use him again in future if needed.
My son and I waited for over an HOUR in an empty waiting room. Poorly run office with unprofessional staff.
Both Dr McLoughlin and his assistant (sorry-- I can't recall her name -- Cara?!) were professional and caring. I was made to understand the possible alternatives before we got started.no surprises.I was very pleased with her they're trying to make me as comfortable as possible – – with nitrous oxide plus I brought my own headphones etc. I was very pleased that the doctor followed up with me the evening after my procedure.
Dr Edibam was excellent. I thought there would be pain when the tooth was extracted but I did not feel anything. Today the Dr called to check how I was feeling and answered any questions that I had. Really excellent work and follow-up. I would recommend Dr Edibam any time as he is a total professional.
