I think the doctor was maybe 20-30 minutes late to see me, I waited in the office and at one point might have dozed off. :-) Other than that I was very pleased with my visit.
Everything went great with the overall visit.
Carla was very welcoming and made me feel at ease--also the assistant was wonderful and she made such a great team with Dr. McLaughlin
Overall, the office experience was a good one. Staff was excellent and great with my daughter. Only negative was the wait time with a 10 year old, in particular. We waited at least 45 minutes before being seated.
While I don't like having oral surgery, when I have to have it, I want Dr. McLaughlin. He's very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explains things clearly, completely, and honestly. He works quickly and does everything possible to minimize any discomfort. I highly recommend him!
This is a great office - everyone always helpful. Dr. McLaughlin is very thorough - always leave with a good understanding of the options, and great confidence in him.
You guys deserve 10 stars.I never been there before took me right away when i walked in they said you must be Catherine. Dr Mclaughlin was excellent also called and checked on me at 8:30pm so impressive. Felt like they really cared.
