I was pleasantly surprised by your service. My appointment was done in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and polite. My procedure was almost painless. My questions were answered to my satisfaction.
I felt fully informed about what to expect during the procedure and healing period. Questions and concerns that I had were addressed in detail and in an unhurried manner.
Just an easy and painless visit. All aspects were addressed. Outstanding staff very compassionate and professional. All concerns regarding mitigating pain was addressed quickly and soundly. Follow-up from Dr. McLaughlin in the evening answered all questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for all aspects for oral surgery and care. [JMS]
The girls are wonderful, especially Karla. Ryan had an episode in the chair requiring a quick response. The girls were calm and very knowledgeable in their response. From arranging the appointment, the procedure and finally the 9:00 pm call I received from Dr. McLaughlin last night. Keep caring and helping others! You guys are the real deal.

Dr. McLaughlin was very informative about my condition and what needed to be done. He showed professionalism in contacting my dr. about my health conditions that came into play with my dental work needing to be done. BRAVO to one and all
While I waited close to 1 hour, I was emergency visit so happy I could be seen
