Thought the service and follow up was amazing!! In this day and age,, when was the last time that your doctor calls you up after hours to check on his patient? I would recommend Dr. McLaughlin and his staff to all of my friends and coworkers.
Thank you so much, Dr. McLaughlin for extracting my impacted wisdom tooth. First, I very much appreciated you thoroughly explaining to me my options at the initial consult. My goal was to get the impacted tooth out that day, and you did that right away for me. My consult was at 2pm, and I had left with my tooth out before 3pm. While I was at the office, my nurse was also very friendly, and answered all of my questions. I had the best experience with Dr. McLaUghlin and his staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They made me feel extremely comfortable before and after my wisdom teeth surgery and answered all of my 1000 questions. The doctor pulled all four of my teeth in what seemed like 5 minutes (and I did not choose to be fully out for the surgery). I would definitely come back to this practice and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Considering that I was a walk-in referral from a Dentist whose level of service is like none I have experience in my past 7 decades, Dr. Anderson, Dr. McLaughlin's level of service was equal. It was somewhat of an emergency situation and he was informative and clear, and the young lady who took my x-rays was also extremely competent and helpful to me with my physical limitations. I would recommend the power one-two punch of Dr.'s McLaughlin and Anderson to absolutely anyone.

Dr. McLaughlin and his staff were considerate and professional. I appreciated the phone call at night to check on me. It's only been a day and so far so good.
