Friendly, helpful staff. They explain often about what they are going to do in a way easily understood. Quick to respond with a smile when needed. Complimentary to each other - pleasant to be around. I have always felt comfortable about the abilities and experience of the staff and volunteers at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

They take good care of me
3 East ICU. Amazing with helping our father transition to be with the Lord. Every staff member went above and beyond, however Megan was our rock. She let us know every step of the way what was happening and kept my dad pain free. Thank you for making the hardest day of our lives comfortable.
I’m currently still here but did not want to leave and not write this. I had spine surgery and from the person who checked me in to get very single nurse and pca and my environmental staff, everyone is amazing! I don’t mean just at their jobs, I mean the most caring people who are VERY good at their jobs! I have felt truly taken care of and in good hands since I stepped through the door. I was there for a recent for 2 spinal surgeries in a 3 day period.an was there for almost a week OMG the nurses where amazing! they took great care of not only me BUT my husband and kids too! very clean place! they never bothered me unless it was a must. even the nurses assistance was Great! I even told my husband I won't have surgery any other place!
Great Nurses and doctors in the ER!
Worst ER I have ever been to. Over 5 hours with no info from staff, when we asked (very politely) all we got was major attitude. NEVER AGAIN!!
