Beautiful , clean hospital. Room was very spacious and kept very clean. The food was amazing . The staff was unbelievable. By far the best hospital I have ever experienced.
Everyone was super nice , very compassionate I would definitely recommend this nice and clean hospital.
Two hours in the lobby and still waiting to be seen for burn wound is unacceptable. It is not good to have patients walking out without being seen; only triaged. For a place that says always open but should include- who knows when you’ll be seen though. Geez.
I want to give a shout out to my nurse Sean from the emergency room this morning! I’m not an easy stick and he was able to use the ultrasound machine to start my IV. He helped to ease my pain, and made my stay as comfortable as he could. He is very professional, and kind. I’m very thankful!
My 88 year old grandmother had her first surgery of her life this week. Yes, the nursing staff was helpful when they weren't on their phones or actually walked to the room after my grandmother used the call light and asked to use the restroom. After that she was encouraged to just use the restroom ON herself. Keep in mind she is completely mobile, lives alone, walks her dog and totally continent. Would never recommend that hospital d/t the poor quality of care here.
It’s a great hospital!!! And I wouldn’t hesitate to go there is I need too !!!
I have had my mom here for three days. On the third floor and the floor staff have been great. The nursing staff has been wonderful and the pca,s have been right there when we needed them. One stands out above the rest. Her name is Jessie she was moms pca and always had a smile and a good thing to say.
