My mom is having brain surgery tomorrow we have been here since Tuesday I absolutely love the nurses, PCAs on 3 West, and the neurosurgeons and team they all are awesome! My mom has been well taken care of I'm so grateful for that! LOVE LOVE LOVE NURSE TAMMY!!!
The absolute best hospital in Louisville by far. Every staff member I encountered there was caring, professional, and the best at what they do.
No one wants to be in the hospital BUT if you have to go, NBH is the best! Everyone went above and beyond to make Dads stay as relaxing and comfortable for him and his Family! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the ER and 3rd floor staff!!
I recently had a colonoscopy at Brownsboro and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had! Every staff member was genuinely kind and positive and everyone seemed like they truly love what they do! They all spoke to me like they had known me for years! They ran like a well oiled machine, particular Eva, Hannah, and Jenny in day surgery!!
I am an NP and even work at a certified stroke center but even I was blown away by how wonderful and amazing everyone was in the care of my grandmother who was transferred there last week with a massive stroke needing intervention. They nurses and physicians on 5 West truly cared about her AND her family and worked extremely hard to the very end. I can’t thank them all enough!
Excellent group of folks. Do their jobs well. Always lending a hand. Nice surroundings. Caring and thoughtful. Especially Dr. Amit Gupta. Awesome.
