My son has had multiple surgeries at this hospital, 8 to be exact. The level of service WAS ALWAYS GREAT. Unfortunately he had surgery Monday June 25th, the staff in outpatient surgery was AWESOME. His pain was unbearable and he had to stay. We were moved to room 417 and HAD 2 OF THE WORSE NURSES EVERY, THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO THE POINT I RECORDED IT. NURSE TAYO AND NURSE AUDREY. My loved one was brought here last night due to a stroke. Everyone here has been AMAZING!!!! They are all so caring and thorough. They explain everything and make sure we understand it all. We both really appreciate everything they’re doing to help him and make me feel comfortable. And the food is pretty good too. I can’t thank everyone enough for all they’re doing!!!
I was transferred to Norton Brownsboro from another facility. I spent 2 days in the ICU due to having a stroke. I had wonderful care with the doctors, nurses, anesthesia personnel and therapist. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
Norton, my father with Dementia has been in your ER now for 14 hrs. We still have not seen a doctor other than the ER doc when we got here yesterday. He is stabilized and we would like to either hear why medically we are still here or be released as soon as possible so he can get back to his familiar surroundings before new issues arise. Please help me get him home. I have been patient but think this is way too long at this point.
I recently had surgery and was transferred to ICU after. I was absolutely treated amazingly by all the staff here. Everyone from registration, OR staff and all the nurses and Doctors. If I ever have to go to a hospital again it will be at Norton’s Brownsboro!!! I was overwhelmed by the excellent care I received and they also cared enough to make sure my husband was comfortable. Thank you to everyone in the hospital who took such excellent care of me !!
Dr Davis was extremely helpful and kind. Sean was also wonderful. They have been very very patient with a very cranky patient.
I love the level of care provided by Norton’s Brownsboro. Sean and Mackinzey took excellent care of me and provided top notch service during my Emergency room visit today.
An early morning trip to the ER for kidney stones was no fun. Thank you Sean ( ER RN ) and Lindsey for making my stay as comfortable as possible. No offense, but hopefully I won’t be seeing you again anytime soon!
