Wait time is terrible and they put you in Hallways beds.
First visit was due to onset Epilepsy and I have nothing but good experiences from er, diagnostic testing, and neurology.
Waited in ER for 5 hrs and wasn’t even busy. Was there 7 hrs all together just to get medication filled with doctors orders. Never again.
Norton brownsboro hospital ER you are by far the biggest piece of crap I’ve EVER set foot into! You’re staff is beyond careless! I came in by ambulance and you stuck me in a waiting room! You not only poked me a ridiculous amount of time your nurse blew my vein walked away and let fluids build in me arm! Then asking for over two hours for me pa Ben who I was told was making “rounds”, I finally got sick of waiting and found him kicked back smiling on his cell phone! RecommendedMy wife had surgery on her brain to remove a tumor. The surgeon was awesome. They explained everything in detail and answered every question we had and made sure we understood everything. She was in the ICU for a few days following and every nurse we work with was super nice and helpful even if they weren’t assigned to our room.
PERFECT ... PROMPT & COURTEOUS.
the only people who were friendly were my doctor and the anesthesia staff.
The secret is out about this place, so gone are the short wait times. That said the place is very comfortable, with an excellent standard of care.
