I am currently sitting in the ER with my mother, she has been waiting for for 9.5 hours!!! And still waiting! This is not the level of healthcare that I would expect from Norton Healthcare. This is shameful!!
Can’t seem to get you out of here quick enough, didn’t check my Dad very good at all and are sending him home saying he’s fine..he cannot walk ....asked the doctor about the tests and he didn’t even check everything my Dad told them, I guess it’s like he says the older you get the less they care!!!Everything that was bothering him was on the paper they gave me and said call911 if you have these symptoms, what a joke!!!
I spent a bit of time waiting to be seen in the er but after I made it into the hospital I was treated very well and had an emergency surgery done quickly the nursing staff if the recovery area was amazing I have no regrets about my visit other then the circumstances that brought me to the hospital.
The staff is very conscious of cleanliness, hand Washing frequently. All staff kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. OT & PT were great. My family was treated respectfully.
Came in for a Flu test. Brownsboro is my favorite facility as a EMT. Stuck me in fast track 2 1/2 hrs ago for a Flu test, still sitting here no results
Dr. Y. did my hip replacement. Excellent!
great docs &staff🙌💞they have taken GREAT care of me through out my journey.
