Recommendedthis hospital is the best by far, they are strict but it's for the patients safety. they are super nice, and treat you like a guest. the patient gets the best medical attention whether its medicaid or private pay. I am so impressed. even the inside of the buildings are convenient. I applauded the staff. just great.
Worst kitchen ever. The mangers treat you like complete garbage. They have absolutely no respect for you, you’re family or life. You come in everyday and bust your butt and it will never be good enough. If you don’t bow down and kiss there feet your screwed. They talk down to you and give people panic attacks. They are selfish and down right disrespectful. If you want to be treated like a slave or a nobody go work there. Thank god I’m out. I highly believe in karma in situations like this.
Awful parking! I had to park at Costco to get to my doctors office just for an allergy shot. Super annoying.
A suburban hospital with the number of beds they have should not have patients in the ED for 10 hours. Not enough hospitalists and slow turns on getting rooms, etc. One might expect these kinds of issues at metropolitan hospitals with Trauma units, but not at the 4th most profitable hospital in the country. Disappointing too that they have so many traveling nurses who are not permanent employees. I had never been in the hospital but for babies, I ended up in Norton's Brownsboro last summer for a broken femur. I HIGHLY recommend it. I was well cared for by professional,friendly medical staff. Very good experience, if yu can call a hospital visit good. They were helpful to my family and went out of their way to help
This place is awful!! Over crowding being placed in a space in the hall with no privacy, no respect and the staff screaming and threatening that you can go back to the waiting area for an indeterminate length of time...
