The nurse staff at Norton Brownsboro Hospital was the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had my fair share of experiences. Everyone seemed to be truly concerned with my health and understood the seriousness of what’s going on with me. I’m truly great full to have meet so many awesome people. I had surgery two days ago and every single one of the staff has been so awesome and the rooms are so spacious and has small frig for drinks and a place for your love one to sleep if you choose

I had to have lab work done. The whole process from start to finish was only about 45 minutes. Very pleased with all the staff. Everyone was very courteous & helpful. Great experience all around. 5 stars from me!❤️😊
We went the the Children’s ER when my 2 year old cut open her lip pretty badly. While the service and care was amazing, $1,500 to tell us she didn’t need stitches is outrageous. I have cried most of the evening when I got this bill. We just wanted to make sure we did what was right for her. I never dreamed the bill would be this much. We went downtown to Kosair one other time. She got an IV and our total bill was only $300. I would love for more information about the billing and why is it so differ t than a similar hospital ... read more
This is a good hospital, I know because when mg grandma had a heart attack she needed a stint put in & the surgery was high risk but the doctor was confident and he got her stint in when other doctors had told her they couldn't do that for her. Thank you to the doctor and nurses who helped my family stay together for a while longer. 💗
Great place, everyone was nice from admission to discharge .
