RecommendedAgain, Norton has gone above and beyond for an employee. While HR worked on putting a mini fridge in the lactation rooms for the mothers to use, they were going to send me an icebox and icepacks to store Adriel's milk in because I'd had concerns about putting his meals in the fridge in break rooms. Less than 48 hours later, an icebox, an ice pack, a toy rattle for my son, lactation cookies, and so much more came to my front door. Hit my heart in a rare way. 🖤💙 I will never forget this kindness!
Great experience here at this hospital. Staff is fantastic. Doctors also. Had two brain surgeries recently. Couldn't ask for a better group of people taking care of you. I highly recommend them.
Could someone please explain to me how it’s considered appropriate to leave ER patients in chronic pain in the hallway for OVER five hours with no food or water?! This is my boyfriend’s “room.” This ER is a terrible. Check out the attached pictures to see his “room.” What a lovely view of a trash bin and a public restroom. How sanitary. Can I leave negative stars?!
Had a total hip replacement today and undoubtedly the most organized, well run clean hospital I have been in! Staff was absolutely amazing! Thank you Dr Y!

I arrived at 3:00 pm on a Monday for preoperative testing. I expected to wait but it is now 3:50 pm and I have not even been checked in. What is going on in this hospital! Why does it take over 45 minutes just to check me in? Guess I should have packed dinner and an overnight bag. At this pace I’m feeling super frustrated
The nurses in ICU on 3 East are Angel's. My son had a stroke and was in hospital for 21 days.
