I used valet at Norton Brownsboro because it was raining, i have been sick, and there were 0 parking spots. I just got out of my MRI( which i waited an HOUR to be taken back to) and valet is closed at Plaza 1(where i valeted)They said they would send someone to pick me up and take me to my car. 20 minutes later I was still sitting. Security said I could walk to the emergency room and get my keys if I wanted. So I do. So far so good!! My nurse Sean is awesome! 1st stick on the IV!
They have been very attentive. Great bedside manner! We are in good hands. Sean G. has been great to my husband and to me.
I LOVE CHRIS HES THE BEST NURSE EVER ...HE MAKES THE VISITS SO COMFORTING THEY NEED MORE LIKE HIM

We brought my mother to the ER last night, it was very busy, the staff kept checking on us & letting us know they we're extremely busy. Long wait but it's an ER, it happens. I really want to THANK Sean, ER RN, who took care of her when they got her a room!! He was diligent & competent taking care of what quickly became a dire situation. All of the staff has been helpful, friendly and truly seems to care. We are now in the ICU with more truly caring compassionate nurses, Drs,& Respiratory Care Thank you!
