Recently had surgery performed and the staff was unbelievable. They definitely provided the best care I've ever experienced during a stay at a Louisville hospital. I recuperated on the 4th floor and two of my nurses deserve special praise. Julie (night shift) and Jonathon went out of their way to ensure that the care that I received was the best. Any request was seen to immediately and they ensured that I was as comfortable as possible at all times. They made a difficult time, much, much easier. Thanks.

Extremely poor care. Lack of response to inquiries and complaints. “Lost” or “incorrect” orders 3 times. Very bad.
