I would like to thank everyone at the hospital who did all of my test yesterday. Everyone was so kind and explained everything to me. I was a impatient there a few weeks ago and have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for your great care.
We were there yesterday for my husband to have pre-admission testing for an upcoming surgery......facility was very clean and the lady that registered us Tina was so nice...and our nurse Shanae was very knowledgeable giving us all the information we needed and what was gonna happen next...the nurse practioner was very thorough with my husband as his health has been a very complicated case since the onset of his illness. ..we rather be safe than sorry and that is exactly how she was...making sure everything was covered...a gr... read more
I hate hospitals because of the pass few years I've been in them too much! But Brownboro Hospital treats you like your a king! Everyone was so nice and caring! If I have to be in a hospital I would choose this one out of all of them ! My nurse I had both days was so Fantastic ( RN Alison Kamber) she is so caring and professional ! All the nurses that I have had over the pass years could take lessons from this young lady ! She treats you like your her only patient! Thank you Brownboro Hospital
They all where very nice and treated me like a queen.. Was so happy and satisfied with my care. Will go back there everytime I need medical help. Thank you to everyone that took care of me...
Everyone we meet from the front desk to OR and then on to 4th floor was extremely nice and willing to help. No long waits to answer call lights. My time there was very pleasant. THANKS EVERYONE!! Only complaint was the motion mattress, it was very painful on my new total hip replacement. Didn't get much rest at all.
