Walked in on a Saturday night about 8:20 and was out just after 9:00. Everyone was nice and very considerate. Always helps when great staff helps ease your situation and lighten the mood.
The staff and Doctors/nurses are great the only drawback is the crazy long wait in the ER and then we got a "hall bed" which is a bed by the elevator, like literally right in front of it in the hall, I am glad they do that because if they didn't the wait would be even longer but Louisville's ER's are always too overbooked.
I really love this hospital they are very nice respectful and never rude. they always supported me when I have my wife up there several different times. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Norton's downtown have very rude, disrespectful people and they don't act like they like their job too much. so Norton's Brownsboro I give over a 100%
My first experience here and I love it. My mom has been here, today makes day 6 and the entire staff on every shift on 5 east has been the best. Suburban has always been my fave, but this one ranks right there with it. Keep up the awesome work
